As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Ryan Gordon has attained the prestigious CFP® certification, one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning.
Ryan’s passion for the stock market and investing started when he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from California State University. He soon became a financial advisor with UBS, providing investing advice and comprehensive investment planning from, 2002 to 2012.
“From the very beginning, I felt it was important to not only provide investment advice, but a comprehensive planning process that engages clients to discuss their goals and to build a long-term plan guiding them along the way,” Ryan says.
Ryan joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2012 before becoming a Raymond James advisor in 2017. He specializes in investment advice, retirement planning, college planning and wealth strategies.
“The most valuable aspect of what I do as a financial advisor is build relationships through regular communication, advice and guidance and by providing a high level of service,” adds Ryan.
Ryan is a member of the Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House of Long Beach and an advisory board member of the Covenant House in Los Angeles. He and his wife, Kelly, live in Manhattan Beach and have three children – Emma, Jack and Drew – who keep their parents very busy with their extracurricular and school activities.
