As a Financial Advisor, I help manage assets for individuals, trusts, retirement plans, charitable organizations and businesses. Through a long-term investment approach, I help clients develop and implement strategies for building wealth and realizing their goals. My mission is to provide objective and timely financial advice and guidance - with the highest level of professional service - in building and preserving wealth for my clients.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2018, I worked for over thirty-three years in the industry, including Wells Fargo Advisors. My experience also includes positions with Merrill Lynch, American Express Financial Advisors, MetLife and Western Company of North America.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of South Dakota. With an emphasis on continuing education, I have also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) certification from the College for Financial Planning. For this certification, I had to complete approved educational programs, pass rigorous examinations and meet stringent experience requirements. I have also earned the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) designation from The American College along with the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) certification from the College for Financial Planning. I currently hold Series 3, 7, 9, 10, 31, 63, and 65 securities registrations.
This commitment to service also carries over to my involvement with our local community. I participate in many civic and community organizations, including Lighthouse Lutheran Church, CEO, and the Regional Food Bank. My wife Rita and I live in Edmond, OK with our daughter Ashley and granddaughter Alaska. My hobbies include gardening, traveling, golf and hunting.
